Find articles in journal databases

To get to the Lewis University Library databases to find topics on Justice, Law, and Public Safety, go to the Lewis University Library webpage, and click one of the following vendor databases listed in the far left column--EBSCO, JStor, or ProQuest.

ProQuest
When you get to the ProQuest search page, we recommend to click Advanced to get Advanced Search. After you enter your search terms, use the dropdown menu on the far right to change from Anywhere to Abstract. Then below the search boxes, check the boxes for Peer reviewed and for Scholarly journals. Then click Search.
JStor
We recommend that you Advanced Search, retain full-text searching, but narrow your search to articles, and if you want, to subject databases.
