Need help with a PowerPoint presentation or are you having trouble formatting your paper? Need to make a movie, use a screen casting software or help with Photoshop?  LARC lab is here to help with that technology related project or for anyone who is interested learning new technology for their own self development. 

The LARC lab features equipment and software which promote and enrich the learning experience and offer greater options for self-discovery and improvement.

• Need free online tutoring 24/7? Smarthinking provides real people to work with you in a wide range of subjects including writing, math (basic math through calculus II), accounting, statistics, finance, economics, biology, intro human a & p, physics, chemistry and Spanish.  You can also submit your writing from ANY class to Smarthinking's Online Writing Lab for a tutor to review. 

Lewis University uses the Blackboard™ learning management system to facilitate the delivery of both online and blended courses. Online courses are asynchronous, but do have specific dates when assignments are due. Blended courses are conducted in a combination of face-to-face and online sessions. Many courses are currently delivered in these formats and more are under development for both undergraduate and graduate students.

Blackboard™ may be accessed by clicking on the Blackboard™ link. Login information for students follows. It should be noted that, for face-to-face courses, the use of Blackboard™ is the instructor’s prerogative. Students who enroll in the undergraduate accelerated programs will be required to access their course modules online through Blackboard™.

Wireless Internet is available to the Lewis Community at Main, Chicago, Oak Brook, Hickory Hills and Tinley Park campuses. 

To login into Lewis's wireless network, the student is required login with their username.  The Lewis password can be found by logging into your myLewis account.  Once you have logged into myLewis you should find the Lewis password on the home page.
